After the "Guaranteed" trade-in value time frame is up on your new equipment and also on your used equipment purchases, an appraised trade-in value is assessed.

Guidelines
Customer must present the original sales receipt upon return of equipment. Equipment must be in saleable condition. Damaged equipment will not be accepted for trade. Trade-in value credit can be used only on equipment the day of the trade.

- Non-Sale items may be returned up to 7 days from date of purchase for cash or charge refund. (cash will be refunded in the form of a company check)
- Sale items may only be returned for change of size or store credit for up to 30 days of the original date of purchase.
- Non-sale Holiday gift items can be credited for full refund within 7 days after December 25th.
- All sale items must be exchanged or issued store credit within 7 days after December 25th.
- All garments must have original manufacturer’s hang tags attached.
- No merchandise will be accepted for return unless it is in “as purchased” condition.
- No merchandise will be accepted for return, exchange or store credit without the original sales receipt.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are considered the same as cash. If they are lost, they can not be reissued or redeemed.
Special Orders
All Special orders require 100% of the order to be paid for up front. There are no refunds on special orders.
